All sales are final, any product purchased from Shabi's cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is faulty, damaged or an incomplete item is delivered. The product color my vary due to photographic lightning or your screen. You can contact our customer service if there is any issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Since our products are made to order, we do not offer any refunds, returns or exchange. However, If there is only a Serious defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion.
In any case where we accept to get your outfit return, Refund or Exchange, it is fully & Solely Customer Responsibility to Ship outfit back to us on their own expense.
QUALITY CONTROL: Before the outfits are dispatched to our customers, we take pictures of every order to keep record of Measurements & Quality of the outfit sent to the customer.
